Our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction with Purely Wild Venison Organ Supplement. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it under the terms below.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products (including change of mind), provided that:

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging (for non-defective returns). As a consumable dietary supplement, opened products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, unless defective.
• You can provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products qualify for a full refund or replacement regardless of packaging condition.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@purelywild.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm your request and provide the return address and instructions within 2 business days.

Return Method & Shipping Costs

Returns are by courier or postal mail to the address we provide.

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover the return shipping cost.
• Change of mind or other non-defective returns: return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued in full to your original payment method within 7 business days. All amounts are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for the same or a different product of equal value, subject to the same eligibility conditions above. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, including the 7-day cooling-off right for online purchases.
